Birthday Party

A Kids Costume Birthday Party, with cake, games, and decorations, can be a lot of fun, for both kids and adults alike, a suggested party starts with the age of the child on their day of birth,  the age of the recipient may play a part on what kind of party it will be, will it be a costume affair or just a regular dress type of party, will there be a party theme,

as with any type of costumes partywithout a theme set to it, the kids can choose and select to dress up in any kind of costume they wish to wear, with a themed costume party they all have to dress up in a costume to suit the theme, will it be Cops and Robbers, Cowboys and Indians, a disney styl theme,with so many themes to choose from it may be a wise decision to let the kids make their chioceas to the theme they would prefer, when sending out the invitations let the parents know of the theme that is planned so they can decide on an appropriate costume for their child

The planning stage starts right after you have decided to have a party, settle on a Theme and stick to it, what kind of Decorations do you need, party favors, party supplies, are also needed, all these can be found at your local mart or Party suppliesr on the internet,most of these suppliers will cater to all party needs, you can find everything to make your kids party a memorable occasion,
 
Don't forget to take plenty of photographs, or better still use a camcorder, you can have some copies made and them to other kids that want them, and at some later date give your kids a copy so that they may look at them sometime in their future, it will take them back in time, many a happy time has been lost without them.

A Birthday Cake is the centerpiece of the party, along with the cake, balloons, streamers, hats, noise makers,add to the fun, Games can be played and small prizes can be awarded to the winners, some kids get upset because the can't win, a good idea is to award all the losers with a participation prize.

Having a costume contest can be a fun idea, have the kids sit and each individually costumed child can stand and show off their costume, they can be judged on the applause they get, the winner is the one with the most applause, and is awarded a small prize, after the party is over a good tip is to never let a child leave the party without thinking that they won a prize, no matter how small the prize may be.

be aware of any mischief makers that might attend and are only interested in causing trouble, if so you may have to call their parents to come and pick them up, hopefully not.
